Processing times vary depending on the order. We ask for 2-3 business days processing from the time your order is placed (most orders are shipped within 48 hours) and 3-5 business days for standard ground shipping. (Standard shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday) Some items are custom made and may take additional time to be created, we will notify the customer if this is the case. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if tracking shows the package as delivered. COVID shipping: Currently all postal carriers are not guaranteeing any delivery times. There may be instances where your package is delayed. Although majority of our customers receive their order in a timely fashion.

For all supplements, dosages are 3 capsules once or twice daily to be taken with 16 oz of alkaline spring water.

If you have a large container of any of our herbs (i.e. Full spectrum, Mega plant Iron, Immune Defense) it is recommended to take these twice a day.

It’s best to spread the supplements out throughout the day versus taking them all at once. For example, take 3-6 capsules first thing in the morning and then every hour/2 hours take another 3-6 capsules and so on throughout the day.

Cleansers should be taken in the evening, as it will spark motion of the bowels and for convenience it’s best to have that first thing in the morning before you go about your day! With the cell cleansers, you will take one container for 10 days, 3 capsules per night, and then wait 10 days before starting another container of the cell cleansers.

Any of the herb capsules can be opened and the powder consumed if preferred.

Kidney Tea: Take a 1oz portion of the sticks and place them in a gallon of Spring Water. Let the gallon sit for 8-24 hours. Once soaked, you will then drink this gallon throughout the day. Leave the sticks in the container once empty and refill with another.5 oz of sticks and water. You’ll want to have rotating gallons so that you have one brewing while you drink another. 

HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE! 

It is of utmost importance to make sure you are drinking at minimum 1 gallon of Alkaline Spring water per day. 

How will the herbs make me feel? 

Likely symptoms you may experience while cleansing (all normal): 

Slight Nausea 

Lethargy, tiredness at the beginning stages of cleansing 

Lightheadedness, slight headaches 

  Change in urination and bowels (frequency, and appearance) 

Most clients feel an increase of energy within a week or so of cleansing. 

Drinking a gallon or more of alkaline spring water per day, will help to minimize some of these symptoms.
